Return & Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange if incorrect size is delivered
- All sales are final and non-refundable
- Exchanges can be done only if there is a defect, mistake or quality issue.
- No exchanges on sale items unless we delivered the incorrect order.
- In case of an exchange the customer will bear the DHL cost.
- Any exchange should be brought to our notice within one-week of the receipt. Any claim made afterwards would not be honored.
- In case of International Orders, if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency, then Nishchay Kapadia will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
- Delivery time of orders is between 8-12 working Days
